Hunters Secure Third Win of the Season, Emma Wins POM, Amy Steals the Spotlight

It was a dramatic day on the pitch as the Hunters L1 triumphed 5-1 over St Neots L2 in what could only be described as a game of goals, giggles, and a side of photographic mystery.

The match kicked off with St Neots showing early promise, taking the lead with a cheeky goal that had Hunters momentarily worried. But, not for long! The equaliser came shortly after, with Zoe in the right place at the right time, tapping in a perfect cross to make it 1-1. Easy as pie.

The second half saw the Hunters come alive. Vicki found the back of the net twice, followed by Rebecca, securing a solid lead. There was no stopping them from there, and by the time the final whistle blew, the scoreboard read 5-1. A hat-trick of wins for the season!

A huge shout-out goes to Emma, the new recruit, whose relentless work rate caught everyone's eye. Not only did she make waves on the field, but she was also crowned Player of the Match for her tireless efforts, earning well-deserved praise.

And while the on-pitch action was exhilarating, Amy – though sidelined due to injury – took on a crucial role as team coach and photographer. However, after reviewing the shots, it seems Emma may have made it into 95% of the photos. Coincidence? We think not. Still, huge thanks to Amy for her stellar coaching and her unique photographic style.
