Data policy
The Club's Data Statement can be read in the "Agreements and Policies" folder. To operate as a hockey club in affiliation with England Hockey, certain data sharing is necessary. In order to ensure full compliance with regards to data sharing, England Hockey has produced a Framework Agreement, which can be read in the "Agreements and Policies" folder. This covers all aspects of data transfer including situations where both parties may be Data Controllers. This Framework Agreement is intended to protect all signatories with regards to mandated compliance and most importantly our data subjects when sharing data and has therefore been drafted accordingly. It is of note that when sharing data for a purpose not included within the terms of the Framework Agreement, a specific Data Sharing Agreement will be drafted, which can be linked back to the Framework Agreement where appropriate to do so.
